Spaxel is one of the most “digitally-native” firms within real estate and our internal engineering capability and technological competency is a true superpower. We employ a team of engineers led by our CTO, Gazmend Gjonbalaj, previously a senior engineering executive at Bloomberg, WeWork, NYSE and Nielson. 

Technology is deployed across every aspect of our business. Internally, technology is used to digitize, streamline and automate what are otherwise traditionally analog, manual and laborious processes; facilitate seamless communication and data sharing; and derive actionable insights to make better investment and operating decisions. 

Externally both at the property level and to engage residents, we deploy smart IoT building infrastructure to help monitor and maintain energy efficiency, smart entry systems to improve building access and security, and advanced resident interfaces for new prospect leasing/onboarding as well as improved resident engagement.
