Spaxel’s Asset Management Team focuses on targeted initiatives to maximize revenues, slash operating expenses, achieve peak operational efficiency and develop value-add capital expenditure projects that increase all of its real estate assets’ long term value. From installing smart meters on all water pipes throughout its portfolio to relocating a leasing office from one side of a property to another to improve resident experience and enhance curb appeal, there is no project too large or too small for Spaxel to take on. Spaxel’s asset management team started with one employee in 2020 and has since grown to having multiple asset managers and analysts covering its expanding multifamily portfolio.
