Our centralized team handles all backend and administrative CM services – estimating, procurement, POs and vendor management, and financial controls and reporting – while in the field, we employ dedicated construction managers responsible for subcontractor selection, relationship management, and overseeing all field execution.
We leverage a combination of proprietary and best-in-class third party technology to organize and digitize the entire construction process, streamlining execution and capturing an incredible amount of invaluable data used to optimize future execution.
While utilizing subcontractors for labor, we directly source critical materials with our in-house procurement team allowing us to benefit from economies of scale and eliminate incremental supply chain margin.
