Kevin Patterson

Kevin was previously Director of Construction for The Durst Organization (TDO) where he managed a team overseeing approximately $125M annually in capital and tenant improvements across the portfolio. Prior to TDO, Kevin was Development Manager for Madison Marquette overseeing the redevelopment of approximately 34 acres of waterfront property along the Boardwalk of Asbury Park, NJ. Kevin graduated cum laude with his BArch from Mississippi State University, and holds an MSRED from Columbia University.
