Orlando Torres

Orlando Torres is a Portfolio Manager at Spaxel Management in our northeast region.  In this role, Orlando manages a portfolio of assets, totaling close to 800 units, in the City of East Orange.  Orlando assists with the development and implementation of new operating procedures, policies, and training, with an emphasis on regulatory compliance as it relates to vacancy decontrol and the successful acquisition of certificates of habitability.  Before joining Spaxel, Orlando served as the Regional Director for a privately held property management firm that specializes in the financial and operational management of luxury condos/co-ops, community associations, market rate rentals and subsidized housing.
