Philip Belle

Philip has been working in the construction field for more than 10 years. He received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY Binghamton as well as an MS in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY Stonybrook. He began his career preparing CAD drawings alongside an Architect and providing expediting services for the NYC Department of Buildings. It was in this role that he learned the in and outs of the client side of construction. From there, Philip has worked for General Contractors preparing bids and budgets for all different types of construction projects. With all of Philip’s prior knowledge and experience he is looking forward to helping to grow and lead a devoted team of estimators to help build all of Spaxels properties.
