Job Summary

Marketing Specialists develop, implement all the digital campaigns and events in social media and cooperate with other departments to develop and monitor all the strategic initiatives.


  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing, to effectively reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and relevant content, including written copy, visuals, and multimedia assets, that resonate with the target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and engagement metrics, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, and use insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence by creating and curating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with the online community.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, and share knowledge and insights with the team.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Availability to work from 2:30pm to 11:00pm.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a successful track record of designing and executing effective marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, concepts, and tactics across various channels, including digital, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and more.
  • Ability to create compelling content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
