Daniel Logue is Head of Estimating at Spaxel. Previously, Daniel was Vice President and Director of Construction and Operations for Urstadt Biddle Properties, Inc., a pre-eminent and top performing public Shopping Center REIT in the Northeast. Daniel managed all on-the-ground activities both pre- and post- acquisition. Both before and since, Dan has owned and/or managed specialty general contracting and subcontracting companies, served as a guide and mentor for Minority Business Operators, and has been educated by the experts in trades, and worked directly for various design professionals of merit in the NYC-Metro area. Most recently, Dan worked for Nasco Construction Services, Inc., an Independent Estimating and Scheduling Consultant. Serving government agencies, design professionals, contractors and end-users, Dan provided estimating and preconstruction services for hundreds of projects in a broad range of sectors including ground-up facilities for various stakeholders, historical restorations for the National Park Service, infrastructure projects including water and wastewater facilities, NYCT/MTA Railway Renovations and ADA accessibility projects, among many others. Dan received his Bachelor of Science in Physics from the State University College at Oneonta, his Master of Science in Physics and Astrophysics from the State University of Mississippi, and has achieved the designation of Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) from the Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM).
