Dren Arifi

Dren is the Regional Lead of the office in Kosovo. Dren joined the team in April 2020 as Collection Team leader, and in October the 1st 2021 has been promoted to Director of Resident Success. After showing great leadership skills, Dren was promoted to the Regional Lead of the office in Kosovo where he oversees and runs all the operations related to the office and simultaneously leads the Property Management. Previously, Dren worked as a Debt Collection Manager at a large financial institution called Monego where he managed the entire Collections staff and operating procedures. Earlier in his career, Dren worked at an outsourced collections company. Dren graduated from the University of Prishtina and holds a bachelors degree in the Economics with a focus on finance and accounting.
